Sie sind das Ergebnis der Anwendung modernster Technologien und bieten eine Produktionsqualität, die den höchsten Standards Malossis entspricht.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp align=\"justify\"\u003eDer Kontaktbereich zwischen der Dichtlippe und dem Drehelement, das durch die Bohrung der Öldichtung läuft, ist der wichtigste Bereich und wird aus diesem Grunde geschützt: Der Kontakt zwischen der Zungenkante und der Welle wird von der Feder und den Wänden (Membran und Lippe) gewährleistet, die dafür sorgen, dass der notwendige Kanteneingriff zwischen den beiden Elementen für die Entwicklung der Radialkraft, die gebraucht wird, um eine optimale Dichtheit zu erhalten, besteht. Nach einer kurzen Gebrauchszeit verändert sich die Lippenkante und erlaubt, dass sich zwischen der Welle und der Lippe ein dünner Flüssigkeitsfilm bildet, der den direkten Kontakt zwischen den beiden Elementen verhindert und die Schmierung begünstigt.
