POLINI-LUFTFILTER FÜR
HONDA E PEUGEOT MOPEDS :

Polini Original-Luftfilter sind aus hocheffizientem Schwamm aus flexiblem expandiertem Polyurethan
mit Polyester-Gitterbasis.
Polini Luftfilter für Honda und Peugeot Mopeds bestehen aus zwei Schwammschichten; eine feinere von
hellblauer Farbe mit 60 PPI Porosität und eine offenere von schwarzer Farbe mit 30 PPI Porosität.

Die feine Schicht filtert nur die kleinsten Partikel und behält ihre Eigenschaften für eine längere
Zeit, da sie nicht mit den größten Partikeln in Berührung kommt, die dank der Hauptschicht die Vorfiltration nicht überstanden haben.

Die äußere Oberfläche ist gewellt. Sie bietet einen größeren Eintritt des Luftstroms und hält 50%
mehr Staubpartikel zurück.

Der Wirkungsgrad des Filters erfüllt die europäische Norm EN779 der Stufe G3-G4: mehr als 90%
der ponderalen Effizienz und mehr als 50% bei 1 Mikron Partikeln.

Durch Tränken des Filters mit speziellem Öl für Schwammfilter erhöht sich seine Eigenschaft, Stäube zurückzuhalten.
Es ist möglich, den Filter durch Waschen und Trocknen zu regenerieren und zu reinigen.
